Personal:
I live in London. I grew up skiing and played soccer my whole life. Started running in 2012.
PM: first 8.5 trail run, then 4.6 miles on gravel; overal 13 miles; then a bath in the Chattahochee; this was interesting haven ever thought that cold water can be that painful on the feet.
