Just said what the hell again and started running on the treadmill. Figured I would get to 3 and have to stop but surprisingly the knee held up ok and I got through a whopping 10 miles at around a 6 min pace! It's no joke. Longest run since beginning of June. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will only improve from here. I definitely can't run on the road yet but I may venture over to Sugar House Park for some laps on the grass. My tan has really been suffering since I have been stuck in the gym for so long. On a side note, today was the finish of the Wasatch 100. Congrats to all of the finishers. I am very disappointed that I had to drop out. Next year or else!
