South on Wasatch Blvd to the top of Suncrest and back on 13th West. The fact that I did't bonk is a good sign. For every 10 mins on my bike I get 1 cross training mile.
6:44 pace. First real run in two weeks and fortunately I don't think I reinjured myself. After all of the elliptical, stairmaster and biking it felt a little odd but I still think I can get back up to speed in a week or so.
