2 mile warm up, 3 x 1 mile at 5:00 (quarter mile jog in between) and then one quarter mile with 1.5% incline. I didn't get as sweaty so I think it was slightly easier than last week.

It should considering I have set the bar very low. I am glad I didn't run in college so I can pretend that I am getting faster.

Nice work Fritz. I'm totally with you on the college thing. I am also happy I didn't run hard in high school so I can say that I am much faster now than then :), my bar is well below yours.
