Ran with Scott, Justin, Jake, Andrea, Annie, Devra and Dan up at Jeremy Ranch.  I ended up going longer than I expected and felt relatively good.  There was tots of motivating "next race" and Olympics chatter.  I am looking forward to watching the men's 10k which means I need to get the lawn done asap.

I find the post long run house chores (like cleaning the bathrooms) to be much more challenging (physically and mentally)
