JAJAAF run around Millcreek and Sugar House. It's been quite awhile since I attended this run and even longer since we have seen ACorn.
As Andrea and Jake have mentioned, there is a Jeremy Ranch run starting at 7:30 on Saturday. Come one, come all.

Shoot, I'd come Saturday...but I have to mow the lawn :) Just kidding, but it is a better excuse than being injured. Sounds like you are recovering well from your amazing performance last week.
