5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

4x4 min repeats on miracle mile.  Pace- 6:14, 6:18, 6:21, & 6:31.  Not as bad as I would have guessed.  I'm still fighting a cold and the wind was crazy- 37 mph w/ 48 mph gusts!

To the upper towers and back.  I ran with my newly adopted friend, Liza.  She is a great running partner, though she runs about 3 times as far as I do and probably 2x as fast (it is like she is running fartleks the whole time).  She did seem to finally run right with me for the last couple miles.
