Nice run..nice pace. How do you find time for a 12 mile mid-week run..do run in the morning?

Great run Fly. I see you are already at 43.1 miles this week. Do you still have a long run planned this weekend as well? You sure are training well as of late. What top secret training plan are you using now?

Wow, nice mileage and awesome pace. Yah, tell us about your training plan. Your sub-3 is no longer a dream. You're smelling it now, aren't you?

A sincere thank you for the feedback! I have trouble finding the time to reciprocate, sorry.

I run when ever I can find the time, morning, noon, or night. This day I needed to do a working lunch so I took my lunch hour at the end of the day and did my run then.

I'm using Pfitzeger's (sp?) 12 week plan. I have a long run planned for this weekend but my wife works on Saturday so it will have to be early Sunday morning. This mean my mileage this week will appear short but next week it will appear abnormally high.

Its all good. So what races you got planned for this yr so far man?? Boston and what else??

From fly on the wall on Mon, Mar 02, 2009 at 13:45:59 from 204.113.19.10

no Boston this year. So far it's a trail marathon in April and St. George in October. I'm not sure what else.
