JRP.  Still sick but on the mend.  Mostly just phlegm and a bit of a cough, especially when I stop running.

2x3 miles at <M pace w/ 1/2 mile recovery jog between.

6:47-156bpm, 6:48-165bpm, 6:44-169bpm.  tailwind?

 6:47-164bpm, 6:49-172bpm, 6:47-175bpm.  6-10 mph headwind, gusts to ~17.  Rain during 1st and 2nd mile.

Heart rate up a bit but they felt easy.  No doubt the lack of miles last week is why.

I'm in awe of anyone that can run while being sick. I have a hard enough time running while I'm healthy. Nice job

Last week I ran less than 20 miles total because I was sick. I feel like I'm at the tail end of this lingering cold and thus I'm trying to resume training. My cough is NOT a deep bronchial cough but a shallow dry one. If I start to feel worse or stop getting better I'll resume resting. I promise.

three mile repeats, that is an odd distance why did you choose it?

No reason other than I felt like taking a break after the first 3 miles and I wanted to run a total of 6 miles at this pace.... Past weeks I've run 3x2.
