10k: 40:53 Greek Festival 10k at Sugar House park in 2010.

5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

I was going to go farther today but the air is marginal and I was really trying to get a lot of work done.  This is a problem with not training for anything, it is too easy to slack off.  JRP ez 5

I've found that if I at least make a goal for miles per week, that works pretty well, even if I don't have a goal race in mind...

I'd give my right arm to be able to run 5 miles, keep it up.

P.S. You need to run with Mark again, he's gearing up his marathon training and could use a speedy partner!

MrsFIT, You'll be back in no time.

I've managed to keep my weekly mileage in the 40s. But I won't start training for anything til March 1st because we'll be driving down Baja for a good part of February and I don't know when I'll find time to run. :)
