I'm back to stiff, sore, tired.  7 recovery miles up City Creek.  6 half-harted 100 meter strides.

Today is my last day of getting our rental ready!  One door and a piece of trim to paint, one window to fix, some clean up, and loading all my tools and junk into the car.  I've been working my butt off getting everything done and I really need a break.

Yahoo!!! You did it!!! You have to stand back and look at all you accomplished. I am sure that it is beautiful!!!! That has got to feel good (when all the actual pain is gone). :)

So do you already have it rented or are you looking for renters? I hope it pays off big time...hard work usually does!

Where is your rental unit? Is it a house?

From fly on the Wall on Mon, Aug 03, 2009 at 16:05:10 from 168.179.215.242

It is a tiny house about a block from our home, just west of the capitol.

Does this link work?

WOW!!! Fly, you're an ARTISAN! I remember you mentioned picking up that antique door. Is that the front door? You did AN AWESOME job re-storing, fixing and beautifying that SWEET cottage! LOVE the stained glass windows and all the updated colors in the rooms. That kitchen floor is so COOL!!!
