Downtown, Memory Grove, City Creek Canyon, back home.  The upper part of the road is still snow packed, so I didn't go all the way up.  Some icy sections before I turned around.  It was a very nice day, NO one screaming threats and obscenities at me :)

I felt like I was putting in a decent slower than race pace effort but my heart rate was pretty low... Is this because I'm tired and feel a little bit sick (sore throat)?

Doesn't a lower heart rate indicate a high fitness level? It's starting to be that time of year when I start to envy your cooler temps. Nice long run.

I was on a road trip vacation over my kids' spring break.... It was also Free National Parks Week. We hit Bryce, Grand Canyon, Saguaro, and Zion on the way to and from my sister-in-law's in Phoenix. It was a good trip, but I had a bad cold the whole time.
