City Creek with "the chumps."  Still some residual tiredness and soreness, part of the reason why it was so great to have company on this run.  I had a great morning.  Thanks for letting me run with yall.

Hope you got it done before it rained.

My wife was doing a boutique in Sandy today. We drove down this morning and set it up. I then drive home and took a 3 hour nap, then drove back to Sandy and helped her take it down. At that time, it started pouring.

Yes we did finish before a drop fell. The weather was actually great.

Cool.

I'm tryingto decide if I should run tonight or tomorrow morning. I feel pretty refreshed right now and everyone is asleep.

Are you doing the Buffalo Run 50k next March?

The only times I can run with you are when you have residual tiredness and soreness!!!! :) :) :)

So glad you came. :)

You know it's true!! But I will take it!!! :) :) :)

Really ... I'm hoping and planning on you running super hard on Wednesdays so that our Thursday runs will work out nicely.

Seriously!!! I'm not joking even the slightest. That is the plan!!!! :) :) :)

Unless I'm trying to run fast, I often run quite slow. Slower than the couple of times I've run City Creek with you. Running slow is the new black.

That is a fairly long run so soon after a hard marathon. Good job.

VERY cool! AWESOME mileage and pace soooo soon after a FAST marathon!

Wish I could run fast enough to join the chumps! So happy for you guys and girls!

Oh, how I love City Creek! We always see great wildlife, too!

Hope the tiredness is now gone!
