EZ miles.

I ran around looking at the treasure piles in our neighborhood.  The neighbor kid used to call this time of year, the trash pick up holiday.  People put things they no longer want out on the curb for other people to take.  What ever is left over the city picks up and hauls away.  At least that's my take on it.  I found 5 antique doors and a vanity for the house I'm working on.  I also contributed some "nice" items.  One man's trash is another man's treasure.....

Cross training- 9 hours of sanding floor.

You went trash hunting? What has this economy come to? Did your gathering/hunting instinct go b'zurg? LOL :-D Trash or treasure...hmm...Happy Easter!

You're working on a house? Be careful! Remember what happened to TomSlick with his remodeling project. Those "antigue" doors and vanity must weigh a ton. Sanding the floor is HAZARDOUS to your knees and back!!! 9 hours of doing it is TORTURE; NOT xtraining. That's my excuse to avoid spring cleaning at all cost!!! ;) Your lovely wife must LOVE you for it though!

The house I'm working on is a rental. It is an 120 year old adobe brick house in our historic district. My lovely wife tolerates my insanity. :)

Wow, you're a geologist, an architect and historical-restorian (is that a word?) too? I've seen some of those old homes being restored and remodeled in the Avenues. They are magnificense. That's quite a project. Are you taking "before" and "after" pictures? It was nice to meet your lovely wife, even for just a brief second. I can tell she is very supportive of you. What a cute family you have.
