I ran the trails behind the capitol today.  Up to the towers, down into City Creek, up the other side, up down, up down, up down.... For the most part things were a muddy mess or slick snow.  The last 1.5 miles were dry pavement and I gassed it back to my house.  Last DOWNHILL mile - 6:13, 168 bpm.  Average for the run - 11:19, 138 bpm.  Tomorrow I will rest and maybe ski in the afternoon.  Ahhh....

This ends a hard training week for me.  My legs are tired but the only sore spot is my big toenail.  I'm thankful for this.

Wow, very impressive with all those hills. Are you still considering running the BSTM?

Mr. Gardinero, BSTM is my plan.

Marc, that would be the Bonneville Shoreline Trail Marathon. Sorry, it's easier to spell out BSTM.

Great job Fly. That is some good running and having something at the end is even better. Your going to do awesome on that race.

Great run Fly. What was the total time on that run. That is a long time on your feet. I'm glad your toenail is the only thing that hurts. Get some rest and then back at it next week.

Dang fly, that is a huge week. Congratulations on getting through it with only a big toe to complain about.
