5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

JRP.  The snow has melted off the trail and only a breeze today.

2.5 warm up.  8:11, 138 bpm.

6@ 1/2 mary pace.  6:44, 168 bpm.  Working hard but I kept pace on tired legs.

2.5 cool down. 8:47, 148 bpm.

 

PM update-  I haven't done a double in a long time but I did today.  4 ez on the way home from work.

Nice run, Fly. Thanks for putting in the HR info. Looks like we're in the same ballpark in BPMs. What's your resting HR?

I have a feeling you're going to hit a Weekly Max this week..with a long run on Saturday you could easily hit 80+ miles!! Sweet.

No relay this weekend. Just a long run and skiing.

I don't remember what my resting heart rate is. I'll look it up or maybe just check it again Sunday or Monday morning when I wake up. Though I suppose the recent increase in mileage could have it elevated.
