6 EZ miles with 6x100m strides.  Felt good. Ran downtown and up Memory Grove.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Nice run to start the new year. Have you seen the movie "Forever Strong". I saw that movie today and wondered if that was Memory Grove in one scene where the Highland Ruby boys were running above the SLC.

Oh I saw that movie. I loved it! Made all my kids see it and they loved it too!

Great run fly, by the way what is 100 meter strides? Is it where you run full out for 100 meters?

Nice Fly!!

Any time I hear Memory Grove I think of the place that I crashed after running the hardest 15 miles ever ... you running terrain is pretty tough!

Hope you are having a wonderful New Year.

Look at that, 43 miles in 5 days and it seems like you hardly ran at all. I don't know how you do it!!!
