Senior year- Cross Country: 3rd place at state

5k-15:10 10th place at Nike regionals (1 second off nationals spot)

Jr year: 1st place at Footlocker West Regional Boys Junior Race.

2 mile: 9:37

800 meter: 2:02

5K- 16:18

Half marathon: 1:21

Sophmore year: we Won a state XC title for 4A in 2010. And went to regional's finishing 4th

Half Marathon: 1:29

injured most of all this year so no other times fast enough to report.

 

Freshman year:

1 mile: 4:53 

2 mile- 10:17 

5K- 17:45

Get in shape for college and stay injury free

Be on Varsity and help the Team do well.

Personal:

I just finished serving a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints this last june 2015. I served in the Laoag Philippines Mission and learned the Tagalog Language.

I will be running Cross Country and Track for Southern Utah University

7 with stridders then core excersices after. felt good but a little tight.

AM: 11.5 track workout of 5x(2x200; 1x800) with two mile warm up and cool down. Our splits were 34-35sec the first 3 sets on the 200's then 32-33 for the last two sets. the the 800 splits were: 2:38, 2:37, 2:35, 2:31, 2:22. good workout, my knee only hurt on the warm and cool but i've been doing some excersises to help it.

PM: only got 1.25 in for some reason.

AM: 8.5 with a 20 min tempo. it was alright, our average was like 5:49 so it was solid but slower than last weeks 40 min tempo. I didnt feel very good, just really tired from not enough sleep. knee hurt on the warm up. ended with 6x200 which were the worst ever. prolly all were around 35-37 sec. Need more sleep.

PM: moutain biking with casey and archy. it was about 10 miles with lots of twist and turns. it was really fun and i would love to do this more often

AM: wanted to sleep in today but devio begged me to go with him so i went out and we ran 6 in the desert in green springs.... not a very fun run, i'm pooped out.

am: 3... better

PM: 7 with stridders. me and devio ran over to the park where we finished the half and ran barefoot 3 miles or so. got about 7 slivers. felt alright but still not that great.
