am: 10.5 today we did our first interval workout. 8x1000's. this workout felt really good, plus i had Tyson Boyer to run with me so that helped. he's a workout hero you know :) didn't really know what times to hit for everything so i just went with it but coach said not to go under three. first split was 3:06 and that was a good warm up one. next 6 were 3:02, 3:02, 3:02, 3:01, 2:59, 3:00, which all felt really easy and relaxed. last one was 2:56. overall really good workout. |
