Sophmore year: we Won a state XC title for 4A in 2010. And went to regional's finishing 4th

injured most of all this year so no other times fast enough to report.

Personal:
I just finished serving a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints this last june 2015. I served in the Laoag Philippines Mission and learned the Tagalog Language.
I will be running Cross Country and Track for Southern Utah University
am: workout of 4x1mile. splits were 5:10, 5:12, 5:12, 5:08. i wrote up a big thing on this yesterday, but i guess my sister deleted it. overal wasn't the best because my breathing went crazy for some reason. weights after

you should add in that your first 2 included 2 sets of hurdles/lap in prep for your steeple
