am: easy 3. nice run.
pm: 2 warm and cool with workout of 4x30sec hard 3x800 i pace and 4x1000's indian run style. total of 9. workout was pretty easy for me. since we ran the whole thing as a varsity group we all ran times that were median for everyone. 1000's were pretty slow though, so...i dont know... when i got home we found ants had gotten into all our food so that was gross...so out went my sister's chocolate birthday cake, such a waste!
btw my convara 2's seem like it's about to retire them. i've put over 500 miles on them so they've done good for me. |
