am: did our workout in the morning since we have a meet tomorrow. 1 mile warm and cool (so we could make it to school on time) then the workout was 16x200's at 33 pace. i hit them all easy, then the last 8 we did 1-2 seconds faster. last one was a 28. felt good. really tired after and just didn't want to move but no one lets me take a day off of school.
pm: 5 with 4x200's. all around 34 cause we did them like striders. excited for tomorrow. |
