Sophmore year: we Won a state XC title for 4A in 2010. And went to regional's finishing 4th

Personal:
I just finished serving a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints this last june 2015. I served in the Laoag Philippines Mission and learned the Tagalog Language.
I will be running Cross Country and Track for Southern Utah University
pm: 2 mile warm and cool and workout of 16x200's, goal time 34. pretty easy workout, good for getting speed work up. splits were: 35, 34, 33, 33, 34, 34, 33, 33, 33, 33, 33, 33, 34, 34, 32, 32.
