Okay here's tomorrow (Monday):

Sunrisers -

Level 3 boys: 4x400 (all the way up)and 4x200 (1/2 way up) - total mileage 9

Level 3 girls (except Liz L. and Taylor B.): 3x400 and 4x200 - total 8

Level 2 guys (and Liz L. and Taylor B.): 3x400 and 3x200 - total 7

Level 2 girls: 2x400 and 3x200 - total 6

Level 1's: 1x400 and 2x200 - total 5

Over and back is a total of 3.5

A 400 repeat is .5 miles

and a 200 is .25 total with the up and down.

Also Level 3 boys need to get a double in (so an easy 3 in the evening).

Thanks, and see you Tuesday morning.

Remind the Level 3 girls that they are on for Tuesday morning also.
