pm: 7.75. today we did michagins for the first time this season. mile warm up, then 2x(1x800 on track at 5k pace, 3x800 loops around warm up loop 10k pace) then ending with a sprint 400, no break in between anthing.
i felt good. first 800 we went about 10 sec off pace but after grass loops we got back on it. the transition back onto the track for 5k pace was fine, then the grass loops i kind of stayed the same pace. 400 i went hard but i dont know my split for that...A standard is 25:10 and i hit ~24:32. Good workout. |
