am: 12 with 20min AT pace (5:40). I woke up treading this run because of the bad memories of last week, but it went well. we talked a lot and laughed a bit and it helped the run go by faster. we started the tempo and we ended with an average of 5:37.  i felt decent and my breathing was better. we had to stop a few times because byron had problems but it was alright.

pm: went out and did a slow 3. afterward i went to the park and was going to do striders except after i did one the grass was just filled with thorns and hurt really bad, so i just stopped.

Solid, Mike. Especially after a good set of mile reps yesterday.

Racing soon?

this saturday is our first meet since last weeks was cancelled. i'm running the 1600, 3200, 800 (in medley relay), and 300M hurdles. So quite a big day of running :) i'm excited!

That's a big day. I've done the 8-16-32 triple, but never w/ the addition of a sprint hurdles race too!
