In AP Bio I destroyed everyone in a POGIL race, so my reward was an expired organic fruit rollup. I didn't know the former adjective. It REALLY didn't sit well in my stomach. Didn't feel all that great altogether today, I took a nap when I got home and was late for practice. Did 1.5 warmup, 400 @mile pace, 200 finish, cooldown for 3. It was raining a lot and my shoes weren't getting great traction. Hit a 69-70 and 28-29. My stomach felt destroyed and my legs felt tired from the bus ride(the advanced choir im in is going to state btw), but the 400 didn't feel too hard. Ready for tomorrow.
