Foot still hurts.

I officially leave Vernal August 4th, although the 1-3 I'll be a counselor at our xc camp so Idk if that quite counts. On the fourth were driving down to stay st George, then Sedona AZ, Amarillo, Little Rock, and ending in Tuscaloosa. I'm excited to get some good runs in. I might run a race down in Flagstaff on the 6th, we'll see.

I biked an hour today. That should count for something, just not something big enough to get that #3 spot
