AM - Ran a mile to get loose. Did some good core after.
PM - Mile at the park, then met up with Kenny. We were supposed to run at 7:15-ish pace, but Kenny had the only watch. My legs felt tired, but I stuck with Kenny who was doing good today. He had us at 6:21 pace when I split off. Cooled down barefoot and did strides at the park. Good talk with Kenny afterwards.
