I've been married since January 2008 to my biggest fan, and best friend. We have 3 kids, Mackson, Kaylin, and Linclon. I am from Utah, but now live in Ohio (since July 2015) for Podiatry School.

4.68, crystal on her bike. I ran 1.8 miles as hard as I could to end the run. Very disappointing how slow I've gotten over the years, but hopefully I can get back to good shape. I hit my target pace for the 1.8 miles, but it was hard and slow.
