I ran from my apartment to the track for my warmup, and then did 4 - 1 minute repeats, with 1 minute recovery, which ended up being a mile. It was a beautiful morning, because it rained last night, and it isn't like St. George, where the next morning is humid and 100 degrees. I felt really good, and I think that I will stay on this mileage for a couple of weeks, then move up to 3 and so on, because I am so not in shape anymore.
