Morning spin. Felt kinda beat. I took a heart rate check when the instructor said to. I counted 25. She said add a zero. What does that even mean?! I was tired but not 250 bpm tired. I didn't take anymore heart rate checks.
Morning hiit legs followed by 3 miles on the TM. My legs aren't used to hard strength followed by a run. Felt good though. Still no pain in the knee. Things seem to be getting better.
