I can't decide what sport I want to be good at so I do them all sorta good.

my legs were feeling pretty tired from saturday so called it good with 30 min. pm yoga class that felt so good.

Ran from the high school to the zoo and back taking it easy on the up and did a progressive 3 miles on the way down, 7:32, 7:26, 7:15. cooled down to make 7. Walked past a cute elderly lady that gave me a werther's original. It made me smile.
Evening at the gym. 2 miles on the TM, hiit and 1.5 more miles. My legs were feeling pretty tired so just kept it easy
Met Josse and my mom for spin and had to take advantage of the 50m pool. easy day for both.
