1:04:10/8:01 Went to the park and was planning on doing laps w/ 3x8:00, 2x7:30, 1x7:15 mile repeats. Bathrooms were closed so decided to run towards the running store so I could use theirs. 1 mile warm up, 7:53, 7:29, 7:34, half mile rest, 7:41, half mile rest, 7:29, cool down. Didn't stick to the plan and I couldn't hold the 2nd effort. Might have helped to rest a mile between that effort. Oh well, it was all flat and felt good to get some faster miles in. Forgot all about the bathroom I was running toward. |
