AM- Couldn't sleep last night so got to the gym a bit earlier. Ran 1.5 miles before, spin, then 2.5 more miles. The last 2 AM classes I've been to has a girl that sits with her arms folded or sitting up, not holding the bars, almost the entire time. I don't get it. Why would you wake up in time to get to a 5:45 am spin class to not break a sweat? Weird. |
