Well now. Started at the lake, went up and back. It was a struggle to try and not think about how tired I was and how much further we had to go. On the way back we through in a couple 100's and 200's at an 8:30 pace to see what it feels like to run at the pace I want for the marathon. I have a long ways to go! I got through it and the end was easier than the last 10 miler I did. That's good I guess:) |
