Oh dear. I hope you don't have something more serious like a stress fracture. Keep us updated--hope this thing starts to feel better soon. Does the pain ease up once you have been walking around a bit? With PF this is usually the case, if it just hurts constantly and you are limping all the time I would be suspicious of something else.

Its sore if I'm standing around, but if I walk its a little better. Got home for lunch and used some ice, that felt soooo much better. Will re-tape myself tomorrow & try a run, see how things go...
