Alright 7 miles! A nice long run. Things are progressing nicely. I start out slow on all my runs too--it takes me a few miles to really get warmed up and start steaming along. I feel like I am shuffling in the beginning.

Yeah, I'm like you guys too, if I don't start slow my legs cramp up... I don't know how those fast guys do it... part of it I think is that they warm up before their races, so they run 10-20 minutes slowly, just not during the race? In any case, why do you want to run faster, you know you won't be able to beat me anyway :)

Hooray for 7 milers!! Things alright so far!

Shuffle, that would be the correct word when I start my runs!

Lucia, you made me laugh out loud. A few people are looking at me wondering if I'm working or playing.

I'm not going to beat you, I'm going to crush you. Grrrrrrrr.....

How long will the loser have to wear the headband? I think it would be appropriate to wear it until they can beat the other's time.
