Long term...mmm...hard one, just continue running and having the luck a running races to keep on the edge, every so often.

Great pace, especially on that sprint. I think i have only ever managed to get into the 5's twice and it lasted about 2 seconds!

Take care of the tendons, they are kind of important!

Kelli, but you go 20 miles without stopping. I think that is harder than 250 meters at 5:20 pace.
