Nice! The countdown is on until the HM! Are you going to wear your new shoes for the HM or the old trustworthies? I seem to be cycling into new shoes whenever I have a race coming up and it is always a dilemma for me as to whether to race in the new ones or not....

Yes, I'll wear the new one. Dont feel too great about the old ones. I'll sort of break them in the next couple of days.

Did you have another Garmin before or a stop watch?

From Eric Day on Tue, Feb 17, 2009 at 15:34:32

I had a Polar watch.

Okay. I have a Forerunner 205. I just go into Training, then Training Options, the Auto Lap, and set the Auto Lap Trigger to By Distance, then set the Lap At to 1.00 mile.

Have fun!
