How are you???

From Eric Day on Sat, Feb 20, 2010 at 13:34:00 from 189.192.55.85

Hi guys, still kicking. Not well but still alive. Weather has been lousy here, cold-hot-cold-warm-very cold-etc. Not good for colds or coughs. Have not recovered and can feel it while running. My chest feels tired and tight.

Went running yesterday and all I could manage were 7k, felt like I had run a hard 20k. Today I feel better but did not go running.

I had registered to a HM tomorrow, I will run it, but no hard pace. So, no PR, but take it easy as a very easy long run...

So, thanks for asking.... take care all.
