Glad the pain went away for a while after the run. Upping the miles a little bit this week?

Schedule calls for two weeks of 7 kms.

Taking it very gently ... and think my body is appreciating this.

Good luck with the schedule. If you want it to be a good week, stick to your plan and have fun doing it! I was starting to get negative the weekend about my upcoming marathon this saturday. I took a break from running and needed to re evaluate things and have a much better attitude now and it showed with my short 3.50 mile run this morning. Attitude is the key.

Hear you there Scott.

It takes guts to follow the plan, but I really want to get over the tendon problem. So, patience, lots of patience.

Good luck on your marathon, hope you do great!

Glad to see that the running is coming back around. I think the chart for judging the pain is a great idea. It should help to figure out what agravates it the most- tennis? Hopefully I'm back here a little more consistently. It's good to see you're playing it smart with the achilles.
