6 easy out at draper on the roads.
I did my workout at tinker track. I did 5 x 800. I ran them all between 2:40-2:45.
Ran the hills with JB. Cold and windy.
3 miles between 5:35 and 5:45 pace
Just short of 8 out at Draper. I ran today because Sunday is supposed to be very cold.
14 miles from my house. Longest run so far on the comeback trail.
