I did my workout a the track on tinker. I did 8 x 1000. I think the tack was a bit long because all of my K's were a bit long. They were .65 instead of .62 . even with that I hit from 3:15, 3:12, 3:13, 3:10, 3:12, 3:09, 3:14, 3:08. these were all at the .65 distance. O did I mention there was a head wind going in one direction.
