11 easy out at the draper hills. I got a good morning run where I had a chance to reflect on my race.
10 easy from the house
Did 2 x 1000 2 x 800 then did a mile while jogging curves and sprint the straights
9 easy out at the draper lake bike trails
10 out at draper 3.5 warm up and cool down and I did 6.5 at about 5:50 pace
14 miles with J-hat downtown
