12 through the Draper Lake Hills. I was feeling good being that it was slight overcast so I gave about 80%- 85% effort through the hills. I'm backing off the rest of the week because of the mile sprint race I have coming up this Saturday.

5 down at the river. I did 2x400 and striders during my run. I forgot my fast shoes so I did my faster stuff with my trainers at a slower speed. boy did it feel heavy thats why I only did 2.

JB talk some of us to go to Arkansas to sprint a mile in 93 degree heat. But I have to amit it was fun. The race started off fast and finised fast. I ended up with a 4th overall and winning my age group. Just 3 seconds out of the money. Now I'm going to start getting ready for a fast 5K.
