10 easy down at the river
Good track workout today. 2x600 4x400 3x300 6x200. Next Saturday is the mile race in Little Rock and I'm as ready as I'm going to be.
6 easy before work at O.C. I'm done for the day.
10 hot and windy miles down at the river. I stopped at the ball fields for water.
16 mile solo long run. It was a nice morning because it drizzled for about a 1 1/2 hours of my run.
