Track work at Westmoore track. My legs felt heavy today so I motified the workout. I did 2x800 (2:21 2:21) 5x 300 ( all between 52-57 seconds). Then I did 1 more mile where I sprinted the straights and jogged the curves. Man I'm tired.
I got my run in before work and my legs are very tired from the workout yesterday. I wont run again until about 4pm tomorrow. More then likely I will not do another fast workout tomorrow and just do a fast finish on my long run on Saturday.
