Did 3 easy from my house. The whole run on concrete. Hope for the best. Start of my 2nd week.
I ran 3 miles out at the Draper Soccer fields and today I ran in my Vibrahm 5 fingers. I think I going to do one of these runs at least once a week.
I decided to test my knee today and ran the Draper Bike trails. I felt good and I will be back here. I'm very glad to have so many diffent types of running surfaces so close to my house and work.
