I am now 6 months pregnant, hence the fact that I have not been recording my miles. But I wish I would have kept track so I figure although I don't have too many more weeks of running left in me I still want to keep track of what I am able to do. I did not wear my watch today so I have no idea of what pace I was at but it felt good and I was super happy about that. I have had to cut down to 4 days a week to let my bodies aches and pains recover but since I have done that I have been feeling much better. I feel like I will be able to run a little longer if I keep it to 4 runs a week. |
